The core responsibility of the SHE engineer is to minimize SHE risks to company.
Carry out audits to identify these risks, ascertain ways to mitigate them, and also establish their environmental impacts using both observations and tests.
SHE工程师的核心职责是将公司面临的SHE风险降至最低。
进行审计，以识别这些风险，确定减少风险的方法，并通过观察和测试确定其环境影响。

l Identify SHE compliance and improve the deviation with responsible department when it found. 识别SHE 合规性, 发现偏差时，与责任部门一起改善。
l Work with Project team to conduct EIA, Safety assessment and Occupational health assessment 与项目组一同开展环境影响评价，安全评价与职业健康评价
l Contractor SHE management from construction phase to operation phase 施工期间与正常运行期间供应商安全管理
l New equipment/modified equipment/construction project safety risk analysis.
新设备/改造设备/施工项目等安全风险分析
l Liaise with the government and provide relevant documents.
与政府对接，提供相应文件。
l Responsible for SHE training and communication meeting organization.
负责SHE培训及沟通会议的组织
l Assist in SHE incident investigation, emergency drill (fire, chemical leakage, etc.), SHE incident sharing and action plan tracking。
协助SHE事故调查、应急演练(消防,化学品泄漏等)，协助SHE事故分享以及行动计。
l Support to implement SHE management system in new factory
协助建立新工厂的SHE管理体系
l Other relative tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

- University education in a relevant discipline

- 3 years’ experience in a multinational company
3 年以上外资企业同岗位工作经历

- Familiar with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of SHE in China. 熟悉国内SHE相关的法律法规要求
- Familiar with SHE management processes and tools, such as BBS, LOTO, JSA..

- Project management skill
