作为库存经理，你将负责整体库存管理工作，重点关注成本、效率和合规性，包括但不限于规划仓储布局以及确定库存管理原则等。你还将与客户及物流中心团队成员合作，编制库存报告并进行可视化展示。
As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overall inventory management with a focus on cost, efficiency and compliance, including but not limited to planning storage layout and defining inventory management principles, etc. You will also collaborate with Customer and logistics center team members to develop inventory reports and deliver visualized presentations.

依据规划信息，加强库存规划并实现物流中心的库存目标。
Enhance inventory planning and achieve inventory goal in the logistics center based on planning information.

为仓库建立库存管理规则和流程，包括先进先出（FIFO）、后进先出（LIFO）以及准时制（JIT）等。
Establish inventory management rules and processes for the warehouse, including ***-in-***-out (FIFO), last-in-***-out (LIFO), and just-in-time (JIT), etc.

监控库存水平，分析库存变动情况，并识别优化库存持有成本的机会。尽量减少缺货和库存积压情况。
Monitor inventory level, analyze stock movements and identify opportunities to optimize the inventory holding costs. Minimize the stock outs and excess inventory.

编制不同结构的库存报告，制定库存清理计划，并通过清理渠道有效地跟踪执行时间表。
Develop inventory reports in various structure, define inventory liquidation plan, and track execution timeline effectively with liquidation channel.

通过与规划团队密切沟通，提前预估库存波动并相应地做好规划。
Anticipate inventory fluctuation and plan in advance accordingly through close communication with planning team.

任职要求
Candidate Requirement

本科及以上学历，有汽车行业经验者优先。
Bachelor degree or above, experience in automotive industry is preferred
10 年以上库存管理或供应链管理经验。
10+ years of inventory management or supply chain management experience
具备库存管理知识。
Inventory management knowledge
具备企业资源计划（ERP）/ 思爱普（SAP）系统知识。
ERP/SAP system knowledge
具备逻辑思维与有效沟通能力。

具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
