As the EHS Specialist, you will report directly to EHS Manager and assist EHS Manager in managing all health, safety and environmental related activities.

Assist EHS Manager in Establish EHS programs and protocols
协助 EHS 经理协调客户现场合规性及审计相关文件的准备工作。支持如经认证的经营者（AEO）、国际标准化组织（ISO）等客户审计。
Assist EHS Manager to coordinate customer site compliance and audit related documents preparation. Support customer audit such as AEO, ISO, etc.
实施安全培训系统，根据员工的安全与健康意识制定培训计划和评估标准，并确保其有效实施，以全面提高全体员工的安全意识。
Implement safety training system, formulate training plans and assessment standards according to the employees' safety and health awareness, and ensure their effective implementation so as to comprehensively improve the safety awareness of all employees.
协助 EHS 经理进行事故应急响应、调查以及改进措施的实施，并生成书面的纠正措施报告（CAR）。
Assist EHS Manager in accident emergency response, investigation and implementation of improvement measures and generate written Corrective Actions Reports (CAR).
识别消防安全风险，消除隐患，就消防安全问题与客户进行及时有效的沟通，以确保合规性和有效性。
Identification of fire safety risks, elimination of hidden dangers, timely and effective communication with customer on fire safety issues to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
识别人工搬运的人体工程学风险、现场的职业健康风险。
Identification of ergonomics risks for manual handling, occupational health risks on site
协调职业健康例行检查，与运营团队合作，根据职业病预防规程确定职业健康风险岗位、健康检查类别等。报告并协助 EHS 经理处理职业健康检查异常情况。
Coordinate occupational health routine check, work with operation team to identify occupational health risks positions, health check category, etc. according to protocol of Prevention of occupational diseases. Report and assist EHS manager dealing with OH health check abnormal cases.
管理现场安全可视化管理。
Manage Site safety visual management.
协助 EHS 经理开展员工培训项目，包括急救、个人防护装备使用、应急响应、叉车培训、新员工及承包商安全入职培训等。维护与此培训相关的记录保存及其他规定文件。
Assist EHS Manager in conducting employee training programs including *** aid, personal protective equipment usage, emergency response, forklift training, new employee and contractor safety orientation programs, etc. Maintain record keeping and other regulated documentation in association with this training.
推动优利派特之道（Unipart Way）和精益方法在整个物流中心的应用。
Drive the application of the Unipart Way and lean methodology throughout the logistic center.
参与每日、每周和每月的检查及报告机制，以监测、控制并提升绩效。
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly inspection and reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance.
管理特种作业许可及认证流程和数据跟踪。
Manage special-operation licensing and certification process and data tracking.
完成分配的其他任务。
Other duties as assigned.
任职要求
Candidate Requirement
环境科学、健康与安全管理、环境工程或同等专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above in environmental science, health & safety management, environment engineering or equivalent
3 年以上制造现场 EHS 管理经验。
3+ years of EHS management in manufacturing site.
有注册安全工程师资格者优先。
Certified safety engineer preferred.
在环境、健康和安全领域有专项培训、证书、执照或注册资质为佳。
Special training and certificate, license or registration in areas of environment, health and safety expected
有仓库安全、化学品安全、消防系统及应急响应方面的经验。
Experience on warehouse safety, chemical safety, fire system and emergency response
有职业健康及人工搬运风险方面的经验。
Experience on occupational health, and manual handling risks.
在 EHS 管理方面有扎实的实际操作经验。
Solid hand-on experience in EHS management
做事积极主动，在健康与安全方面有良好业绩记录。
A self-starter with a proven track record in Health & Safety
