1. Responsible for the process introduction of the renovation project, continuously optimizing and improving the on-site assembly production process, ensuring the applicability, accuracy and consistency of the process. 2. Manage procurement of production equipment from pre-study and requirement setting through procurement all the way to installation and implementation. 3. Act as the main interface towards involved equipment suppliers 4. Responsible for time plan, budget, and result of the investment project. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline Factory approval process and document preparation Other tasks assigned by manager Education and/or Experience Bachelor degree or above; more than 3 years’ experience in manufactory industry area Mechanical engineering major related prefer Automotive industry experience prefer Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Professional knowledge of transmission assembly process Master communication and coordination skills for cross department cooperation Proficient in office automation software and AUTO CAD design assistance software
