岗位职责：
1.Be responsible for the structure design of new product, promote the implementation of technical solutions, design, prototype production, test and the documents of market launch
负责新产品结构设计，推进技术方案落实，设计、试制、试验、上市资料
2.Participate in on-site assembly guidance, commissioning and troubleshooting, and guide and assist the production department to solve technical problems in the production process in a timely manner
参与现场装配指导，调试故障排除，指导、协助生产部门及时解决生产过程中出现的技术问题
3.Participate in supplier development and new component development
参与供应商开发，新元件开发
4.Be responsible for the design of special projects and the modification of product design
负责特殊项目设计及产品设计变更
任职要求：
1.Be familiar with the engineering softwares such as CAD and pro / e, familiar with one of the finite element analysis softwares, such as Ansys and Abaqus
熟练应用 CAD 和pro/e 等软件，熟练掌握一种有限元分析软件，如Ansys,Abaqus
2.Good English and team communication skills
具备良好的英语及团队沟通能力
3.Ability to work under pressure, with strong sense of responsibility
能承受一定工作压力，责任心强
4.Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or related field, 985 or 211 university graduates are preferred
本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业，985或211大学毕业生优先
5.More than 3 years experience of mechanical design, those with the experience of truck mounted cranes or related engineering machinery product design are preferred
3 年以上机械设计经验，有随车起重机或相关工程机械产品设计经历者优先
