职位描述JD:
This position is responsible for process quality & quality system during whole project lifetime;
1. Assist quality engineer to develop and implement process quality control, including: prepare relevant instructions and manuals, ensure that all products comply with standard;
协助质量工程师开展和执行制程质量控制，包括：准备相关的指导书和手册，保正所有产品符合标准；
2. Monitored product quality performance, assisted the team to solve internal quality problems, and verified the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;
监控产品质量绩效，协助小组解决内部质量问题，纠正和预防措施的落实验证；
3. Provide quality training to inspectors and operators ;
向检验员及作业员提供质量方面的培训；
4. Daily quality meeting to determine the treatment plan of defective products;
日常会议中跟进不良品处理方案；
5. Operation and daily management of measuring instruments in measuring room
测量室的量检具操作和日常管理；
6. Abide by the policies and guidelines, working procedures and company code of conduct stipulated in the company's shared disk and employee handbookd;
遵守公司共享盘上及员工手册规定的政策方针及工作程序，公司行为准则
7. Follow SHW's procedure;
遵守SHW的制度；
8. Other cases assigned by leader;
领导交代的其它工作;

任职要求 Qualification ：
1. High school (included) or above degree in Engineering or related major ;
工程或相关专业高中(含)以上学历
2. Experience about product/ quality assurance for over 1 year desirable.;
1年以上产品/质量保证工作经验;
3.Have CMM and other precision measuring equipment operation experience
拥有三坐标CMM等精密测量设备操作经验；
4. Be Familiar with basic product ,process, and problem solving methods;
熟悉基本的产品、工艺和问题解决方法;
5. Pay more attention to details;
关注细节
6. Fast response and good communication skill.
