1.Responsible for developping HV winding process flow, Including coil production, insertion, impregnation, etc and optimize HV winding process of stator and rotor

2.Responsible for the preparation, modification, and improvement of production process documents
负责生产工艺文件的编制、修改和改进
3.Responsible for the development of winding processes and the development of new technology and processes
负责电工工艺的开发以及新技术和工艺的开发
4.Responsible for evaluating winding process capabilities of HV motors or new product lines, including handling issues during the motor manufacturing process
负责高压电机或者新产品线电工工序能力的评估，包含电机制作过程问题处理
5.Responsible for investing in workshop fixtures and equipment
负责车间工装和设备的投资

职能要求/ Requirements
1.With 1-3 years of working experience with HV motor
具有1-3年高压电机工作经验
2.Worked experience on investing machine, continuous improvement, industrial engineering
在投资机器、持续改进、工业工程方面有工作经验
3.Have the ability of device design and Familiar with Auto CAD or Solidworks
具备设备设计能力，熟悉Auto CAD或Solidworks
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills
良好的书面和口头沟通技巧
5.English Communication to read, write and speak is advantage
英语交流读、写、说优先
6.Experience in continuous improvement and project management is advantage
有持续改进和项目管理经验者优先
