岗位职责:
Objectives：
61Implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards to achieve superior reliability.
61Conduct daily analysis on the raw materials, products-in-progress and finished goods to ensure their quality fit for production.
61According to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues.
Main Tasks：
61 Perform the testing in QC lab under proper SOPs for raw material, in -process control, finished product, environmental sample or contamination sample to ensure the quality control fulfillment in site.
61 Maintain the record/data in paper as well as SAP-QM-LIMS.
61 Validate test methods for new product or cross contamination test.
61 Initiate lab SOPs updating if SOP deviation or any improvement .
61 Maintain and calibrate lab equipment according to maintenance/calibraton plan.
61 Take actions for 5S management, quality improvement and HIP/near miss.
61 Maintain data of EA, RA and MSDS of lab chemicals, and update once new chemicals are introduced to laboratory with training.
61 Be responsible for housekeeping in work area. Follow up and obey the Company’s EHS Guidelines.
任职要求:
61 Education:大专及以上，化学/生物医药等相关专业；
61 Working Experience: 3年左右相关工作经验，2年左右实验室工作经验，生物医药/化工等行业背景；条件优秀可放宽至应届毕业生；
61 Other requirements:心态积极，踏实苦干，寻求发展；
61 English: CET4
61 Others: Familiar with quality management system ISO9001 or Laboratory quality system GLP/ISO17025, and product characteristics of formulation, qualified certification is preferred.
