岗位要求: 1. Bachelor degree and above. 本科及以上学历, 母语为英语。 2. Fluent in written and spoken English. 英语书面及口语流利。 3. Attentive, dependable, strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively cooperate and communicate with relevant departments.做事细心,踏实,沟通协调能力强,能够与相关部门有效合作及沟通。 4. Able to draft official documents, reports and meeting minutes. 能够撰写一些公文,报告及会议纪要。 5. Proficient in Word, PPT and Excel, etc. 熟练掌握word, ppt, excel等办公软件。 工作职责: 1. Provide wide range of secretarial support to MD and assigned team (e.g. typing, filing, travel & meeting schedule planning, expenses report preparation, document translation etc.) 为总经理和指定团队提供广泛的秘书支持(如打字,归档,差旅和会议日程安排,费用报告准备,文件翻译等) 2. Draft/prepare memos, emails, meeting materials, presentations and other documentations. 起草/准备备忘录、电子邮件、会议资料、演示文稿和其他文件。 3. Coordinate logistics, schedule, meetings and arrangements for visitors, customers, suppliers and overseas colleagues.协调访客、客户、供应商和海外同事的后勤、日程、会议和安排。 4. Take charge of the internal communication with relevant different team leaders, corp function colleagues and ordinary staff. 负责与相关不同团队领导、公司职能同事和普通员工的内部沟通 5. Support some work of MARCOM team (e.g. uni-link translation, event photo and video shooting, etc. ) 支持公关团队的一些工作,如uni-link的翻译,活动照片视频的拍摄等。
