日常工作职责: Daily responsibilities: 1) Manage the daily work of procurement department. 主持采购部门的日常管理。 2) Establish an effective quality management system, participate in, guide and support employees to integrate the requirements of the quality management system into organizational business processes, in order to promote the effectiveness of the quality management system and achieve the expected results. 建立有效的质量管理体系,参与、指导和支持员工将质量管理体系的要求整合到组织业务流程中,以促进质量管理体系的有效性,并达到预期效果。 3) According to the production plan, purchase plan and inventory information, arranging and supervising the purchasers to issue purchase orders and follow up the timely delivery. 根据生产计划和采购计划,结合库存信息,安排和督促采购员下达采购订单并跟踪及时到货。 4) Participate in new vendor development, review and assessment together with technical and quality management departments. 与技术、品质管理等部门等人员共同参与供应商的开发、评审和考核。 5) Responsible for establishing good relationship with vendors and evaluating their supply capacity. 负责与供应商建立良好的关系,掌握供应商的供应能力。 6) Assist top management in business negotiation with vendors. 协助上级领导同供应商的谈判和议价。 7) Ensure the materials required by production to provide timely, adequately and with good quality. 确保生产需求物料适时、适量、优质供应。 8) Responsible for developing purchasing strategy and implementing purchasing cost control. 负责制定采购战略和落实采购成本控制。 9) Cooperate with production and warehouse to reduce inventory. 配合生产和仓库,努力降低库存。 10) Complete other tasks assigned by company management on time. 按时完成公司领导交付的其他任务。 需要有采购、物流背景,主要是协调沟通日常工作,并且能与老板汇报展示,沟通表达能力要强,英语好的可以加分
