1.Oversee the installation & commission department to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget. 2.Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the department runs efficiently aligned with PEM model and Program Manager Installation & Commissioning 3.Assign projects to installation & commission employees/Site Supervisor, monitor their progress, and provide guidance and support as needed. 4.On request - Review project tender proposals and budgets acc to PEM 5.Work with the Program Manager I&C to set goals and objectives for the department, and develop strategies to achieve them. 6.Manage relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects are completed to their satisfaction. 7.Monitor industry trends and developments, and adapt the department's processes and procedures as necessary. 8.High focus and promote correct HSE attitude. 9.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the department's needs and that their products and services are of the highest quality. 10.Maintain accurate records of project progress and ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly. 11.Administrate and coordinate Service Engineers & Site Supervisors. 12.Together with QC Manager and Engineering manager - align “one Plane” and book correct personnel and competence to projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience from a technical/Offshore environment
Competencies: 1.10+ years of Offshore products experience in installation & commission/Manager. 2.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of employees. 3.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and employees on all levels. 4.Excellent Inter cultural awareness and proven balance combining practical-, technical- and commercial issues, bridging across nations/cultures for all stakeholders. 5.Proven- and effective communication skills in English, both oral and written. 6.Proven good management and customer relation skills. 7.Proficiency in Google Suite 8.Experienced- and willingness to travel to project sites, be part of project meetings externally and internally
