2． According to the designed synthesis scheme, estimate quantity of required raw material and submit purchase requisition.
根据设计好的合成路线，估计所需原料量并负责请购；
3． Be responsible to execute daily chemical reaction, continuous to improve work quality and efficiency to maximally meet customers’ demands.
负责研发项目的具体实施，持续提升研发品质和效率, ***限度满足客户需求；
4． Confirm the structure of intermediates, provide samples and data to the analysis department, double-check the compounds for delivery and ensure meeting customers’ requirements.
确定合成中间体的结构，向分析中心提供样品及数据，配合出口化合物的复检并确保符合客户要求；
5． Recording the reaction in ELN in detail and draft the weekly report, and assistant the project leader to draft final report.
详细记录实验报告，负责撰写项目周报,并配合项目负责人撰写项目总结报告；
6． Participate in HSE training actively, improve HSE awareness, strictly implement the company's HSE standard operation procedures.
积极参加HSE培训，提高HSE意识， 严格贯彻执行公司的各项HSE标准操作规程；
7． Manage and maintain public equipment Properly, keep the table clean and ensure the glassware are placed in order
对本处公用仪器物品进行妥善的管理和维护，保持风柜台面清洁，确保玻璃仪器放置得整齐有序；
8． Other tasks assigned by superior.
服从并及时完成汇报主管安排的其他工作任务。
