Vision: to build up the most sustainable factory in Scania with focus on decarbonization and create an eco-friendly work environment
Mission: Drive all kinds of eco-friendly project to meet Scania sustainability target in each area.
Project manager Focus on getting project up and running, deliver result from project perspective

01 Business development skills and experience of getting things done in a complex environment.
01 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, Procurement, to ensure alignment of sustainability activities with overall business objectives
01 Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the sustainability, such as preparation of deliverables or capability preparation, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

Education and/or Experience
01 Knowledge in the sustainability & environment protection field
01 Bachelor's degree in environment engineering and relevant major.
01 Over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
01 Experience from sustainability and environmental related areas
01 Preferably experience from the automotive industry and deeply involved in sustainability relevant tasks
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
01 Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
01 Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external & internal stakeholders.
01 Good leadership abilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
01 Good cross functional collaboration skills
01 Proven experience in sustainability area, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
