The metallic construction & Forklift repair group manager is responsible for supervising and directing the daily operation of the mechanical tools shop, forklift and AGV repair area and 3rd party service, such as calibration, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of management. Strong organizational skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of mental construction and supplier management, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: - According to the company's machining orders, formulate the production plan and production process of the mechanical tool shop, consider the production capacity, raw materials, order volume and other factors to ensure the rationality and implement ability of the production plan. - Organize to develop and implement process routes, machining procedures, handover procedures and quality control processes throughout the production process, and organize production scheduling in the machine tool shop. Track the production progress and product quality, take measures to ensure the production progress and quality control, and solve the problems in production in a timely manner. - Organize to increase productivity and reduce costs by optimizing processes and processes to maximize the use of machining equipment and manning. Analyze and solve problems in the process, and carry out process improvement and technological innovation to meet the demand. - Responsible for dealing with faults and emergencies in the production of the responsible area and related work activity, and formulating emergency measures to solve problems in the production process in a timely manner. In the event of a failure, it is necessary to adjust and allocate production resources, complete tasks in a timely manner, and maintain normal production and quality. - Responsible for the safety management of the responsible area and related activities, and regularly conduct workshop safety production inspections; Implement 6S management, and complete rectification and review on time for non-conforming workshops. - Responsible for the planning of personnel resource requirements in the workshop, the evaluation and assessment of employee skills, and the identification and management of employee performance evaluation and personal development. - Responsible for the statistics, analysis and improvement of workshop production hours, equipment utilization, operating costs and other data to achieve the effect of continuous improvement. - Responsible for communicating and coordinating with other departments of the company to help solve cross-departmental and cross-functional problems. - Maintain and manage relationships with service providers, and maintain good communication, coordination and cooperation with service providers. - Responsible for monitoring and managing the service performance of service providers to ensure that the services provided by the suppliers meet the needs of internal customers.
