该职位为爱塞威制动系统（南通海门）有限公司招聘质量主管，公司地址：南通市海门区海门街道富江北路1599号A5厂房，主要产品为刹车盘。
JD：
Responsible for overall Quality department function within the plant, including:
1. Lead, train and manage the team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors and technicians.
2.Quality control - Monitor and supervise daily quality control activities to ensure products comply with the company's and industry quality requirements.
3. APQP & PPAP process - responsible to deliver the required Quality department inputs and outputs to complete APQP and PPAP processes.
4. Reporting - regularly provide reports on overall quality performance of the business to management and cascade through the organisation.
5. Customer interface - be the main responsible interface for all Customer quality communications.
6. Documentation - responsible for the creation and upkeep of relevant quality documents, such as Control plan, lessons learned, work instructions, etc.
7. Audit - be responsible for supporting external and internal audits.
8. Improvement - lead quality improvement activities within the plant utilising standard and advanced industry methods.
9. Responsible for quality equipment - Purchasing, arranging maintenance, calibration, etc.
10. Understand TISAX， EHS environment, occupational health and safety，Responsible for the implementation of RBA related regulations
11. Division and cross-divisional communication also with HQ in Germany
12. Other topics assigned by leader.

Requirements:
1. College (included) or above degree in Engineering ;
2. At least 4 years experience in a product/quality assurance role.
3. Be Familiar with IATF16949 and application of quality methods & tools;
4. Have customer interface experience, preferably with well know OEM or Tier-1 suppliers.
5. Project and/or Process Experience with casting and machining preferred.
6. Able to communicate in English.
