Facilities Maintenance Civil Engineer: This position will be responsible to give technical support to Facilities Maintenance Department. He will coordinate critical activities, participate/coordinate projects, improvements, planning, troubleshooting, Building renovation, technical specification, approve documents and drawings, work with maintenance preventive plan. He will work in a multidiscipline area. He will respond to the group Manager and must have good communications Skills, team work, systemic vision.

Education and/or Experience 教育和经历
Engineering Degree (Civil) 05 years’ experience English speaker (Good to have because the Group Manager is not Chinese)

Building & Construction methods, concepts, materials, project analysis & approval, Concrete, asphalt, floor finishing, building repair, civil tools & equipment’s, painting, etc.
