安全和职业健康：Safety & Health：Follow the company's HSE management and operation processes; work with colleagues to continuously optimize the work environment safety. . 遵循公司HSE的各项管理、操作流程；和同事一起，不断提升工作环境的安全。
质量：Quality：Strictly follow the approved standard operating procedures and fill in operation records in a timely and accurate manner according to good documentation practices. Work with colleagues to continuously improve good manufacturing practices at production. 严格按照批准的标准操作流程进行生产操作；按照优良记录实践的要求，及时地、准确地填写操作记录。和生产同事一起，不断提高优良生产操作（GMP）。
生产操作和设备管理 Production Operation and Equipment Administration：1）Work with colleagues to complete the production as planned, according to the approved operating standards, including setup, changeover, adjustment, cleaning, etc. During production, closely monitor equipment health status, and promptly fix any equipment malfunctions (less than 30 minutes with work instructions) that are under administration. 与同事合作，按照批准的操作标准完成计划的生产计活动，包括开线、换模、参数调整、清洁等。生产过程中，密切关注设备的健康状态，及时修复所负责管理的设备故障问题（30分钟内的小停机；已提供维修作业指导书）。2）Work with colleagues to complete planned maintenance activities, according to the approved maintenance standards. 根据批准的维护标准，与同事一起完成计划的维护活动。3）Support production colleagues to optimize the equipment operating standards as required, including operating procedures, work instructions, operating centerlines, etc. 根据需要，支持生产同事优化设备操作标准，包括操作标准，作业指导书，操作中心线等。4）Support engineering colleagues to optimize the equipment maintenance standards as required, e.g., maintenance work instructions, inspection instructions, lubrication instructions, etc.根据需要，支持工程同事优化设备维护工作指导书，检查指导书，润滑指导书等。5）Work with colleagues to continuously improve line operation performance, e.g., OEE, UPDT, PDT, stops, Yield, etc. 和同事一起，持续提高生产线的运营绩效，如设备效率，非计划停机时间，计划性停机时间，停机次数，收率。
其他：1）Work with colleagues to continuously eliminate line operation waste. 和同事一起，持续减浪费。2）Support to conduct staff training. 协助完成员工的培训。3）Complete tasks assigned by manager. 完成经理安排的其他任务。


WHO YOU ARE


Education: high school or above
教育经历：高中或以上
More than two years of experience in the production of solid preparations or cosmetics and food manufacturing
两年以上固体制剂生产经验或化妆品、食品生产制造经验
Ability to troubleshooting and problem-solving
具有一定的故障排除以及问题解决能力
Specialized Training: GMP training is preferred
特殊培训：GMP培训
Knowledge & Skills: Basic English and computer skills
知识&技能：基本的英文和电脑技能
