Your role： The main responsibilities of the PIS operator are to participate the PIS plant construction, commissioning, IOQ, report to PIS supervisor for the execution of performance qualification and ramp up to deliver the finish-goods in right quality, quantity and right time. During the phases from commissioning to ramp up the PIS operator should fulfill all compliance, EHS, quality requirements both from internal and external. After the production stabilize then to further ensure that all daily operations fulfill the quality, EHS, compliance requirement.
Main Tasks 1. Have the responsibilities about EHS. 2. Participate the construction, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification of PIS plant with the engineering team. Report to PIS supervisor for the execution of performance qualification and process validation of PIS plant with the support from giving site experts, tech transfer team and supply chain production planning. 3. Assure compliance to all and China authorities EHS requirements, regulations. Understand, follow and promote safety practices. Continuously enhance safety awareness and improve plant effectiveness in EHS with the philosophy that every incident is preventable. 4. By given training and self-study, learn production process, operation procedures, ensures that established production procedures and instructions are followed. Ensures quality and safety standards are met. Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained. Timely feedback to supervisor if production policies and procedures need an update. Finishes all necessary paper work and reporting guided by PIS supervisor. 5. Implement tasks with being closely instructed by supervisor. This work may include, material unloading/charging, operating valves, pumps, filling to bagging machine, housekeeping etc. 6. Follow ISO9001 requirements after it launches. 7. Support PIS production supervisor for site emergency case exercise in the scope of PIS production 8. Coach and enhance the skill level of PIS new operators. 9. Make sure to deliver the qualified products and compliance with the SOPs. Who you are: Education and Qualification Required Education: Equal or above vocational/high school. Working Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience, working in a chemical plant is a plus. Technical & Professional Knowledge: 1. Good safety knowledge and awareness. 2. Know basic automatic process control theory. 3. Willing to work on shift and keep energetic for shift work. 4. Able to use Windows, Words and Excel. 5. Clear and effective oral communication skill. 6. Required competencies: Purposeful, Result-driven, Collaborative.
