As Senior business developer ,you will work in TCOPO(Order Control & Change Management )team to be responsible for new introduction (IEB, New business develop, GPS, ECO) and support order team
You will work internationally with Dutch, Swedish, Brazilian and Argentina colleagues.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should also demonstrate the following competencies: Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline Change management (GPS coordinator, ECO, New introduction project coordinator, S-order coordinator…) Business developer (Supply chain planning development: new project develops, new system …) Communication with cross function Support KD. Spare parts, order area as business develop roles. LPR, be LPR of order office. Independently and proactively complete work tasks, to achieve and to optimize Other tasks assigned by manager
Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Foreign/International Trade or Supply Chain is preferred for. Also Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration will be taken in consideration; At least 6 years’ experience of PMC or work in Manufacture company
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese Languages; Fluency in English (British) Language (upper intermediate level related to CEFR score B2 or above); Strong MS Office skills, especially on Excel; Knowledge of PMC will be an advantage; Knowledge of SAP applications, especially related with material administration, will be an advantage; Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools will be an advantage; Good team player: strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills; Good interpersonal skills; Strong analytical skills; Pro-active behavior and ability to work under pressure; Customer oriented.
