Commercial coordination :
To manage customers requirements with new projects To build strong business relationships with current and new customers To negotiate sales conditions with customers and suppliers
Respect our customers distribution channels: make sure new prospects won't interfere with existing distribution channels
Help existing customers with new offers, marketing support Propose the New Right Products to both Existed and Potential Customers Follow up and advise prospects with export expertise Take Part in Fairs or Other Business Activity Report to Export Manager of the Customer Status accordingly
Marketing & production coordination:
Analysis and survey of our existing customers items to make offers about items they didn’t request
Study the New Target Markets or Customers, send the proposal to them accordingly
Work with Designers for the Marketing tools, Leaflet, Presentation…
Adapt Customers needs to production requirements : strictly follow clients needs while making sure the final product is compliant with packaging and quality with both export and import customs requirements
Financial coordination : Cost and margin control: make sure the customers get the best possible deal while keeping in line with margin cost requirements
