主要职责Main Responsibilities：

1. 负责功率电子新项目的系统概念设计，技术沟通工作；

Responsible for system concept design and technical communication for new power electronics projects.

2. 项目定点后，完成系统设计并编写系统规格说明书；

After project nomination, complete system design and edit system specification.

3. 跟进项目开发状态，并负责开发团队与外部组织的技术接口；

Follow up the project development status, be responsible for technical interface between the development team and external organizations.

4. 推动产品设计降本与开发流程优化；

Push design cost down and development process optimization of product.

5. 推动行业技术基准分析工作；

Push industry technical benchmark analysis.

岗位要求 Main Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历 ，电子、计算机、自动化相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, electronics, computing, automation related major

2. 5年以上汽车电子开发经验，其中2年以上功率电子开发经验

More than 5 years of automotive electronics development experience, including more than 2 years of power electronics development experience

3. 熟悉汽车功率电子ECU软件、硬件、结构设计基础知识与开发流程

Familiar with the basic knowledge and development process of automotive power electronics software, hardware, structural design

4. 具有良好的沟通技巧、责任心强、学习能力强

Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability.

5. 英语听说读写良好

English ability both in written and spoken
