Key duties: 1. Fills up the given allocation with maximum revenue, achieves principal and management’s objective. 2. Complies company’s procedure and audit / QC policies, enhances MSC brand and market reputation. 3. Timely reports market intelligence and makes proper proposal to trade manager, sets up the guideline together with trade manager for market / customers’ development and space management. 4. Canvasses and solicits cargo in accordance with targets / guidelines established by principal and management. 5. Liaises with customers on day-to-day basis and performs client visits to build up / enhance business rapport. 6. Handles customer daily rate and other inquiries / complaints with timely feedback. 7. Monitors customers’ performance, keeps close contact with key accounts, reports timely for customers’ forecasts / booking shortfall / shortfall reasons. 8. Works closely with trade team and other departments to carry out the day-to-day follow up and operation.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. CET 4 3. At least 3 years of experience in shipping industry. 4. Good communication skills, good written / spoken English, basic computer skills. 5. Positive, initiative, self-motivated, thoughtful, cooperative, patient, and able to work under pressure.
