主要职责说明
1、负责供应商质量评估与管理工作(协调采购和生产)
2、根据供应商质量和交货及时率风险计划和执行供应商审核，分析并且报道相关结果，制定和跟踪改善措施
3、负责供应商所供原材料的质量保证，在进料检验、生产过程检验、客户投诉等，由于来料质量缺陷引发的，4、负责及时反馈供应商要求改善并跟踪改善报告
5、负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果，推动供应商彻底改善。必要时可进行现场审核检查
分析不良品，并向供应商发送不合格品报告; 根据不佳的情况，更新检验标准
6、注册并跟踪供应商的不合格品，找到供应商的原因并监督供应商改进
7、协助质量经理监督新供应商的质量问题
8、协助质量经理对供应商的不足之处提供指导，督促供应商持续改进
9、协助生产过程质量管理:生产过程质量控制, 测试并检查成品, 过程质量控制的改进
10、协助维护和改进质量和环境体系
Assignment – Tasks/Responsibilities
1、Responsible for supplier quality assessment and management (Coordinate with purchasing and production)
2、Plan and conduct supplier audits according risk level of suppliers in terms of quality and delivery precision, analyze and report results, define and follow up improvement measures
3、 Responsible for the quality assurance of raw materials supplied by suppliers, timely feedback to suppliers for improvement and follow up improvement report in incoming material inspection, production process inspection, customer complaints, etc
4、 Responsible for tracking and confirming supplier's improvement report and implementation effect, driving supplier to make complete improvements. If necessary, on-site audit and inspection need to be carried out.
5、Analyze the defective products and send NCR to the supplier; Update inspection standards
according to the bad-quality situation
6、Register and follow up NCR, find the reasons for supplier and monitor suppliers to improve
7、 Assist the quality manager to monitor new suppliers’ quality
8、Assist quality manager to provide guidance to suppliers on weak points and urge supplier to improve continuously
9、Assist in the production process quality management: control quality of the production process, testing and checking of finished products, improvement of process quality control
10、Assist to maintain and improve the quality and environmental system

资历要求
1、 3年质量工程师背景，熟悉各种质量工具，如PPAP、APQP等，英语良好
2、 ***本科，机械、自动化、机电专业
3、较强的沟通和分析问题的能力
4、责任心强，有团队合作精神，服从领导安排
Competence requirements
1、3 years of quality engineer background, familiar with all kinds of quality tools, such as PPAP, APQP, etc., good English level
2、 Full-time undergraduate, mechanical, automation, mechanical and electrical major
3、 Strong ability to communicate and analyze problems
4、 Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, follow the leadership arrangement
