Job Description：
Work with PM & BD to complete customer potential supplier survey and provide required
quality related information；
Work with PM to prepare and participate technical presentation at customer；
Work with PM and BD to manage potential customer visit/audit and improvements；
Attend project kick-off/Project risk assessment/design review meeting and implement quality
gate review for products under development；
Manage the open issues output from quality gate review；
According to customer technical input to release internal key characteristic list；
Attend Design/Process FMEA meeting and bring the lesson learnt as input (responsible for
maintains the lessons learnt list inside ASK)；
Follow up internal new product trial run production open issues；
Support the team in modification management (as team leader on demand)；
Work with PM to create and filter PPAP document before submit to customer；
Manage customer claim during development phase (lead for definition of internal actions
and 8D for customer)；
Cooperate with PM/PD/CQA/Engineering for potential technical issues prevention (during
internal quality meeting, project meeting, risk assessment)；
Participate the final customer process release and support to manage improvement plan for
the findings；
Escalate to management team the hot and risky issues during development phase；
Collect customer specific/special requirements, filter, distribute and guaranteed the
compliance；
Support Quality Manager to manage customer escalation during product development
phase (example NBH, Convocation for quality issues)；
Job Required：
More than 3 years experiences working in automotive industries for as customer quality
interface (claim management or advanced quality)
Experience of problem solving methodologies – 8D (ISHIWAKA/5WHY)
Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirement about the core tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA)
as internal auditor
Knowledge of VDA 6.3 (Experience of manage VDA 6.3 audit from customer or as qualified
VDA 6.3 internal auditor)
Experience of main OEM car makers project development process or quality tools (VW-
QPN/Formel Q, Daimler-VDA RGA, FCA-PCPA, Renault-ASES, VOLVO-MSA, GM/PSA-
QSB+)
Knowledge of Microsoft application (excel/word/ppt/outlook)
Fluent English - Important
Flexible for travel (domestic and international)
