职位描述Job description:
1.负责注塑、装配、模具制作、模具维修、生产设备的管理。
Responsible for management of Injection, Assembly, Mold Manufacturing, Mold Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance.
2.安排实施生产计划并跟踪进度。
Arrange and implement the production plan and track the progress.
3.组织生产部门的各类纠正、改善，并跟踪进度和实施效果。
Organize various corrections and improvements for issues in production department, track the progress and implementation effect.
4.有高温工程塑料的应用经验。
Application experience of high temperature engineering plastic material.
5.组织解决生产现场发生的各类问题。
Organize to solve various problems on the production site
6.负责现场职业健康安全管理。
Responsible for site EHS management.
7.新项目涉及生产部门内部相关培训的组织和实施。
The new project involves the organization and implementation of relevant training within the production department

任职资格Qualification:
1.机械、模具、注塑相关专业大专以上学历，
Major in Mechanical, Injection tool, or Injection. College degree or above.
2.有8年以上注塑、模具现场管理工作经验。
Minimum 3 years working experience in injection or mold field.
3.对生产计划、注塑模具、注塑工艺、过程管控、精益生产有一定了解。
Have a certain understanding of production planning, injection mold, injection process, process control and lean manufacturing.
4.熟悉质量管理体系的基本要求并有使用经验。
Familiar with the basic requirements of quality management system, and have use experience.
5.组织、沟通、协调能力强，行动力强，认真负责。
Strong organization, communication and coordination skills, strong action force, serious and responsible.
6.熟练使用办公软件，具有一定英语基础。
Skilled in office software, with a certain foundation of English.
