1. To quickly respond the customers/agents inquiries with possible solutions.
快速响应国外的询问/询价；
2. To confirm & accept the bookings and revert to related parties and keep all parties informed
接受托书并发送给相关代理/部门确认出运事宜；
3. To make booking to booking agents/ carriers.
按照确认的信息订舱；
4. To check and confirm if the booked space is ok. If there are any questions, update to overseas/ related colleagues promptly;
与船东确认舱位并关注放舱情况，如有变动，及时通知代理/销售人员；
5. To release SO to shipper, and follow all related process, such as trucking, customs clearance, document checking etc.;
放舱给发货人，并跟进相关事项，如报关，拖卡, 提单核对,制作费用等；
6. To send full pre-alerts and D/N to overseas after vessel departure
船开后发文件及账单给国外；

任职要求：
1. College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant.

本科及以上学历，国际物流/贸易专业为佳；特别优秀者可放宽学历至大专

2. At least 1 years experience in Logistics, forwarding. Working experience as routing order customs service is preferred;

1年以上的货代相关工作经验，指定货海运客服经验尤佳；

3. CET-4 or above. Good at written & spoken is preferred.

大学英语4级以上，书写与口语流畅者优先录取.

4. Good communication skills， strong coordination ability；

良好的沟通技巧以及协调能力；

5. Strong initiative and team spirit.
工作主动，有很强的团队合作精神；
