Responsibilities岗位职责：
In-depth understanding and acquisition on the field knowledge and general process of the international freight forwarder or logistics industry.
扎实熟练地掌握国际货代行业基本知识和各运输模式的进出口流程以及完整操作细节；
Carry out the cost collection, analysis, combination, and execution of the optimized project for existing business or potential opportunities.
即存业务和潜在新客户业务的日常询价报价，小型RFQ和TENDER的询价报价，包含需求汇总，成本收集分析及（最优）运输方案的制定和执行；
Cooperate with the domestic and overseas products team to refresh the market tendency for core trade lanes.
和海内外各产品团队保持紧密联络，收集各种航线以及市场动态信息；
Coordinate closely with overseas branches to well handle the import and export process for daily gained business.
和海外分公司（代理公司）保持紧密联络，妥善有序地安排货物的进出口，追踪和各个环节的综合协调；
Work collaboratively with other concerned teams and branches to familiar with the special procedures or rules across the departments and territories.
保持和公司其他相关部门及分公司的沟通交流，学习和熟悉不同业务部门和不同地区的流程和相关政策法规的差异化执行；
Participate in the sales and joint call.
积极参加Sales call和Joint call；
Good ability to coach the clients and lead the business when facing to complain as well as trouble cases.
积极引导客户，具备基本的处理客户投诉和疑难案例的能力；
Execute the KPI per request of company.
严格贯彻公司其他KPI操作要求；
Maintain and develop clients’ relationships and ensure customer service and operational level are maintained to dig out the potential opportunities.
即存业务客人的长期维护，日常紧密沟通和潜在机会的深入挖掘和开发；
Assist in others per request.
其他相关可协助Sales团队处理的事宜。

Requirements职位要求：
Colleague or above.
大学专科或以上学历；
3 years+ related working experience in international freight forwarder, better for similar job function.
3年以上相关货代物流行业经验
Familiar with market fluctuation and the renew information including core carriers, trade lanes and local authorities.
对于航运市场变化趋势有清晰的认知，熟悉各航线相关价格和市场动态；
Good at both written and oral English.
良好的英文书面和口语能力；
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力；
Proactive and result orientation.
结果导向，对于潜在机会有较强的敏感度；
Optimistic and good sense of pressure handling. Knowledge of negotiation and Organization skill.
积极乐观，善于交流，有较强的抗压能力。
