1. Efficient and satisfactory service to customers 1) Prepare contract, follow up order, arrange transportation and ensure on-time delivery 2) Follow up customer billing, payment and logistics 3) Follow up with customer’s feedback, coordinate abnormal cases and provide effective solution 4) Promptly response to customer request 5) Maintain good relationship with customers 6) Provide instant information and effective assistance to commercial team; 7) Process order bidding or order placement in customer’s system when necessary 8) Assist custom declaration for export or transplant business 2. Reporting & Information : 1) Maintain customer’s master data in SAP 2) Prepare required reports of Supply Chain timely; 3) Filing the sales documents timely. 4) Allocate the delivery in case the stock is limited. 5) Maintain and update the QP/WI documents 3. Logistics related 1) Communicate with logistic team on truck arrangement, urgent order, shipper instruction, etc 2) Collaborate the logistic abnormal case, e.g. traffic accident, broken bags etc. 3) Prepare and collect all billing required delivery documents
