岗位职责：
1.Working with team for 6S continuous improvement. Cooperate and contribute for HSE performance.

2.Leading in the new project plan, and design valuable planning on personnel, workplace and logistics.
主导新项目规划，并在人员、场地和物流等方面设计合理的规划。
3.Leading in the feasibility analysis of project related equipment and tooling, and coordinate test and application of the production line equipment.
主导新项目相关的设备、工装方面的可行性评估，协调生产线设备的安装和测试。
4.Responsible for process quality control and improvement, responsible of the Bosch Production system implementation.
负责过程质量控制和问题改进，并负责博世生产体系的实施。
5.Edit process charts and drawings as well as operating instructions and implement/coordinate them in to the shop floor.
编辑工艺流程图、图纸及操作指导，并组织协调在生产车间实施。
6.Support to prepare for 0-series manufacturing and report.
协助准备小批生产样件和报告。
7.Analysis, study, test, implement and improve manufacturing processes focusing on current quality requirements and cost reduction objectives.
以当前质量需求及节约成本目标为中心，分析、研究、试验、实施并改进生产流程。
8.Responsible for introduce new process and verification; also develop new process/tooling according to production demand.
负责引进最新生产工艺并验证，根据生产需要开发新的生产工艺/工装。
9.Optimize / promote process capability via fixture and tooling re-design.
通过工装夹具的再设计达到优化、提升工艺过程能力。
10.Problem solving timely to customer and other complaints, providing expertise and taking effective actions to eliminate defects and enhance processes with the objective to exceed the current quality requirements.
及时处理顾客投诉及其他投诉，以超出当前质量需求为目标，运用专业知识采取有效行动来消除生产过程中出现的不足，优化生产流程。
11.Train and instruct the adjuster to adjust parameters and make maintenance for the key machine.
培训和指导调机人员进行关键工艺设备的参数调整和日常维护。
12.Adhere to HSE, 6S, and Quality relevant requirements and regulations.
遵守公司EHS，6S及质量相关要求和规定。
13.Handle the other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above , major in Mechatronics or industry engineering.
本科及以上学历，工程机械或工业工程专业。
2.7 years above working experience in assembly line. Have experience on completing the new product launch or production line transfer independently,4 years above experience in motor technology process, with experience in improving motor slot filling rate and winding process.
7年以上装配线工艺方面的工作经验有独立完成新产品投产或产品线转移的经验，4年以上制造和工艺开发工作经验，熟悉马达工艺，对于如何提高马达槽满率，提高绕线合格率有改善经验。
3.Good factory planning (layout, material flow, logistics) and planning of work stations, system and sequences.
良好的工厂规划（布局、材料流、物流）以及工位的规划，体系和工位顺序的规划。
4.Clear quality control mindset and quality tools master like (APQP, PPAP, FMEA , SPC and MSA).
清晰地质量控制意识和掌握质量工具的运用, 如APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC 和 MSA。
5.Good communication, execution and coordination skills.
良好的沟通、执行和协调能力。
6.English: Familiar in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力。
