岗位职责
1.Control quality risk in each development phase, highlight quality issue on the gate review meeting.
控制每个开发阶段的质量风险，在项目评审会议上突出质量问题。
2.Collecting process CPK data for evaluating process.
收集工艺CPK数据用于工艺评价.
3.Manage quality control plan during each development phase, to ensure the product achieved customer requirements.
管理各开发阶段的质量控制计划，确保产品达到客户要求。
4.In charge of the gage development, and MSA analysis.
负责测量仪器的开发和MSA分析。
5.Lead Key Characteristics CPK study and follow up action plan.
领导关键特征CPK研究并跟进行动计划。
6.Manage the customer specific requirements, to ensure the requirements had been respected.
管理客户的具体需求，确保满足客户的具体需求。
7.Manage project open issue list, to ensure corrective action plan implementation on time.
管理项目未解决问题清单，确保纠正措施计划按时实施。
8.Lead problem solving process and 8D report.
领导问题解决流程和8D报告。
9.Manage PPAP package, work as windows in charge of PPAP Audit, and follow customer approval.
管理PPAP，作为负责PPAP审核的窗口，并跟踪客户批准。

岗位要求：
1.Degree in Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历；
2.5 years working experience in relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry
5年以上相关机械/电子制造业工作经验；
3. Be familiar with ISO9001 or TS 1694, FMEA, SPC, MSA ,PPAP, APQP
熟悉ISO9001或TS1694、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP、 APQP
4.Be knowledgeable in problem solving process, as well as 8D Report.
熟悉问题解决流程和8D报告；
5. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork.
良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
6. Certain English reading and writing ability, oral English is a plus
有一定的英语读写能力，英语口语为加分项。
