工作职责：根据客户要求及项目计划，制定相应的设计人力资源及设计方案并实施；

？ 带领团队完成内饰零件门板、立柱的结构设计及新项目的报价分析工作；
Lead the team to complete interior parts of door panel, pillar structure design work ， supporting new project analysis and quotation work ；
？ 负责BOM、DFMEA等相关工程文件的编制；
Responsible for preparing related engineering documents ，such as BOM, DFMEA and so on .
？ 负责项目设计团队的管理；
Responsible for the management of the project design team;
？ 负责与客户的日常沟通，参加或组织技术评审会议；
Responsible for daily communication with customers, participating or organizing technical review meeting;
？ 完成项目设计过程中所有资料的管理工作；
To complete the project management of all information in the design process
？ 完成设计主管分配的产品设计等工作；
Accomplish the product design and other activities designated by the design Director.
？ 及时完成部门经理所分配的工作。
Accomplish the tasks designated by the department manager.
任职要求：1.应届生，车辆、机械相关专业；
2.对汽车内饰行业有兴趣，愿意长期从事产品研发工作
3.硕士学历优先或985、211本科生，学习成绩占到年级30%
4.英语听说读写能力良好
5.性格开朗，能吃苦耐劳
