工作职责: 1.Acquisition of new OEM customers as well as contact person for existing customers in Europe 2.Build strong relationship with key counterparts of customers 3.Implementation and execution of strategic planning processes with the conception of annual operating plans 4.Lead the quotation process 5.Pursue business booking targets and new project acquisition 6.Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. development, logistics, purchasing, controlling, quality management), also with regard to the product development process 7.Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys 任职资格: ?Bechelor or above education back ground in technical related majors ?More than 5 years of working experience as sales manager in automobile interior lighting, with a proven track record with acquisition of new OEM customers ?Excellent communication and presentation skills ? Thorough technical knowledge of lighting products and solutions knows the trend of interior lighting ?Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills ?Customer and solution oriented ?Experiences in working in an intercultural teams. ?German, English as working language, Chinese is a plus.
