KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Project development. Work with sales to attack new opportunity on heater business (air heater and liquid heater). Lead R&D projects and design improvement, release the new drawing or new design in system. Support other departments from engineering side
？ Focus on customer. Communication with customer for daily support and help customer to solve issues. Provide suitable technical solution to meet customer tech requirement. Satisfy customer requirement in tech support, prototype, calibration, test, validation etc.
？ Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support or involve global projects.
？ Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
？ Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Automotive Engineering and above
？ At least 3 years heaters, HVCH or related experience. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
？ Understanding of new energy vehicle HVCH system and some fundamental knowledge of electronics.
？ Must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
？ Active manner to learn about new energy vehicle thermal management Products
？ Good communication skill.
？ Proficient with Microsoft office products — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
？ Fair in written and spoken English
