You will have to independently follow product inquiries from our clients or headquarter. Find the right factories, negotiate prices and terms. Later you will follow the whole order and production process until shipment. Also, you have to be creative to find and develop new products to offer to our clients. You will report to the manager in Ningbo You have: - Experience in foreign company: 1-3 years - Professional ability to handle all steps in international trade: sourcing, quality control, - Check emails every day from France/Germany and suppliers - Collect / check quality of new samples , pack all samples & ship them to Germany /France - Order follow up with suppliers and colleagues in France/Germany ( check PI and product/packaging request , ETD control ) - Follow up /act between supplier and forwarder ( when make shipment booking, make container consolidation between several suppliers ) - Book pre-shipment inspection on AI website - Prepare for testing samples + book many tests with TUV laboratory ( check each product material breakdown + fill out application format ) - payment terms, shipping documents - Much experience in handling Chinese factories - Product development skills and interest in household products, kitchenware, toys, hardwares, outdoor products，beautity items, electronic items You are: - Mature and trustworthy - Detail-oriented and goal driven - Fluent in oral and written English - Expert on MS Office: Excel, Word, others - Good skills on Photoshop, others - Chinese national Who we are: We are a German-French group that supplies all major retailers in Europe.
