岗位职责

- Investigate, discuss, and solve complex problems by interacting with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, customers, and suppliers.
- Help further implement innovative processes and continually improve existing processes.
- Utilize research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, particularly in the process.
- Oversee processes, procedures, and guidelines at Hoyer Workshop, sub-contractors, and
suppliers, by creating and maintaining technical agreements and instructions.
- Coordinate troubleshooting in the field using reliable repair/manufacturing processes.
- Providing industrial process support to SCM, QC, test center and workshop/warehouse.
- Cross-department collaboration through projects, mainly with SCM and QC.
- Travelling to and visiting the suppliers if needed.
- Assisting QC with analyzing RMA motors and in issuing RMA report drafts.
- Advising and sparring with Technical Sales, participating and finishing customized projects.
- General support regarding industrial-process assignments (ad hoc tasks).
