岗位职责: 一、 按照公司的具体要求,开发、维护本地及周边市场的客户,揽取出口订舱业务,推广相关增值服务产品 二、 关注集装箱海运出口市场,了解当地口岸环境和相关政策变化,完成信息收集和业务分析报告,参加各类业务会议 三、 与各级总部负责人、目的港代理及其他分支机构沟通协作,共同促成出口订舱,协同处理业务问题和突发情况 四、 协助上级完成其它临时指定分派的业务事项 Key Responsibilities: 1. To fulfill the business targets for both of export volumes and VAS products. 2. To maintain & further develop cargo resources and identify & develop digitalized customers in local and neighboring markets. 3. To arrange daily sales activities to complete regular weekly sales call plan, sales meetings & reports, sales lead follow-up & etc. 4. To undertake others or ad hoc tasks as manager’s instruction, including effective communication and collaboration, well-prepared and ready to dealing with emergencies.
任职要求: 一、 本科及以上学历 二、 大学英语六级及以上程度,口语交流能力强,书面表达准确流畅 三、 积极主动,严谨认真,思路清晰,吃苦耐劳,具有较强的责任意识和进取心,对客户需求反应迅速 四、 性格开朗,具有良好的沟通技能及团队协作精神,具有一定的亲和力,表达能力强 五、 娴熟使用MS EXCEL、WORD、PPT、Outlook等办公应用软件,具备必要的数据分析能力 六、 熟悉国际国内物流总体流程、具备相关行业3年以上工作经验且记录良好者可优先考虑 Required Experience & Skills: 1. Bachelor Degree 2. Business acumen, customer focus, conscientious, responsible and ready to take challenges 3. Good communication skills, fluent in English and mandarin 4. Proficient in MS Office tools, with necessary data analysis ability 5. Being familiar with local shipping market with adequate business relationship 6. Sound record within the industry, with 3+ years’ working experience
