KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ? Represents the project team in the topic related to the validation and verification (V&V) at system level ? Internal interface between the different stakeholders related to the V&V activities at system level ? Identifies the testing needs and owns the scheduling at system level ? Have the global visibility about the status of the program he/she is responsible for related to the system test activities ? Monitor that the test planning is synchronized with system or process limitations as for example the availability of the devices under test (DUT) ? Lead coordination meetings with application engineering and test centers ? Coordinate the correct setup and deployment of the toolchain at system test level in terms of test specification and traceability in accordance with BorgWarner internal processes ? Identify and report risks at system level related to the V&V activities, such as gaps in the test coverage or insufficient test methodology ? Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS ? BS degree in mechatronics, electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalent, M.S. Preferred ? Min 3 years’ experience in product development in the automotive environment ? Experience in the development of safety-relevant products including the V&V activities in accordance with the ISO 26262 ? Experience in the definition and application of integrated test concepts (V&V Concept) ? Experience and a deeper understanding of the test level system, hardware and software, their interaction, and the testing methodology at each level with reference to the ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE ? Ability to understand development from requirements through to unit, integration and qualification test ? Ability to analyze requirements at system level (SYS.2) and customer specific requirements and definition of V&V activities to verify them ? Experience in the development of high-voltage products ? Experience in an Automotive SPICE driven development ? Process affine (Automotive standards, ASPICE, ISO 26262, 8D, HV Safety (ECE R100)) ? Experience in test automation and preferably with the following tools: Polarion, Jira, Vector Toolchain (e.g. CANoe), C/C++, Python, MatLab ? Knowledge of CAN & LIN Bus vehicle communications ? Familiar with vehicle HVAC system ? Knowledge of IATF 16949 compliance ? Ability to work in a team, excellent communications and organizational skills ? Fluent English, German beneficial
