1. Supply chain management system: plan and optimize the supply chain to ensure the safety and competitiveness of the supply chain, predict the risks in the supply chain, and establish a supply chain system in line with company's strategic development needs; 2. Supplier management: integrate and optimize supplier resources, select and evaluate suppliers; 3. Process management: re-making and integrating the supply chain management process to establish an efficient and standardized supply chain management operation system; 4. Team management: lead strategic souring and operation purchasing team, train, guide and assess employees to improve their skills and work efficiency; 5. Cost control: effectively control material costs, achieve profit targets, and support company's business objectives 6. Lead the global sourcing project, cooperate with global strategic sourcing team to reach the project.
任职要求: 1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management or related major; 2. Work experience: 8 years or above sourcing developing and purchasing management experience, proficient in supply chain management processes; 3. Experience in diecasting and plating is preferred; 4. Working skills: Rigorous statistical analysis ability, proficient in database analysis, familiar with SAP system ; 5. Language skills: Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 6. Personality traits: Excellent decision-making and execution ability; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Good ability to work under pressure; Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
