Role & Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize the profitability of Hangzhou region and overall sales activity. - Integrate and perform contributively in East China sales team while keeping in line with Company strategy and general policy. - Develop to the best of his/her ability, his/her own client portfolio and overall business activity, air-freight and sea-freight, import and export in Zhejiang - Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates, and handle, monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the overseas of companies and its affiliates. - Handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner in his/her daily tasks and duties, and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports. - Support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China. - Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the Management of the company or other sources. - Under any circumstances ,to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the company Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness. - Commission based, but need to have the abilities to fulfill the company G.P performance requirement.
Qualifications: - College degree or above - 2+ years relevant forwarding experience & 3+ years forwarding sales experience or 5+ years forwarding sales experience without other position experience - Fluent English both in written and speaking - English level: CET 6 - Skillful in office software - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Strong independently problem solving capabilities. - High integrity. - Team player Good interpersonal skills, outgoing and open minded, warm personality, industrious and enthusiastic.
