Objective of the position: 岗位职责：
? To Support manager to control quality system for China JV operation, including supplier quality management. This position will require a close working relationship with our JV factories and supplier quality team in both USA and Shanghai / India. 80% of this job will focus on JV factories quality development / improvement and only 20% focuses on supplier quality development system. The goal is to achieve 0 out going PPM to the customer; maintain & increase internal *** yield above 98% and be competitiveness in term of cost and capabilities in this industry.

Key responsibilities: 主要职责：
? Implement, drive and enforce JV factory quality policies, procedures and continuous improvement, including new tube business, especially medical tube. Maintain compliance to all quality certifications (i.e. TS16949 and ISO 13485)

Manage, develop and train key quality team members and give solid understanding to other departments as key stakeholders (i.e. production and technical) the importance of quality: Make PPAP and APQP with JV factories and suppliers; including using FMEA during new product development & visible FLOOR management system (incl. 5S, working instructions, etc).
Review in-process control and conduct process control enhancement at the suppliers and internal operations.
Drive preventive or 8D corrective actions WHOLE-HEARTEDLY
Design, conduct and synthesize insightful Quality tools and process control (incl. POKA YOKE) that will produce high efficiency and strengthen our capabilities and competitiveness.
Drive continuous improvement activities within the factory.
Work together with Technical team to Conduct DOE analysis and process control automation to ensure ROBUST key processes.

? Oversees and manage daily quality activities, including process control and inspection program (both internal & 3rd party) to ensure quality products (ZERO defects) delivered to customers.

? Work closely with sourcing manager to audit and qualify new and existing suppliers.
