岗位职责
1、根据客户要求及项目计划，制定相应的设计人力资源及设计方案并实施；
According to customer requirements and project scheme. make corresponding design person and scheme , then implement .
2、带领团队完成内饰零件门板、立柱的结构设计及新项目的报价分析工作；
Lead the team to complete interior parts of door panel, pillar structure design work ， supporting new project analysis and quotation work ；
3、负责BOM、DFMEA等相关工程文件的编制；
Responsible for preparing related engineering documents ，such as BOM, DFMEA and so on .
4、负责项目设计团队的管理；
Responsible for the management of the project design team;
5、负责与客户的日常沟通，参加或组织技术评审会议；
Responsible for daily communication with customers, participating or organizing technical review meeting;
6、量产门板及立柱问题点的优化整改
Door panel, pillar problem solve and product improvement
7、BOM、Dfmea 等设计相关文件的编制
preparing related engineering documents ，such as BOM, DFMEA and so on .
8、门板及立柱重点问题点的汇总及经验数据库的更新

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历或具备中级以上职称；
With college degree of the intermediate professional titles above;
2、了解公司质量体系文件相关要素的要求，主持并指导相关工作的开展，并对项目经理负责；
Familiar with the requirements stipulated in the company’s Quality Control System Documents. Provide the guidelines of the related activities and be responsible for the comprehensive director.
3、3年以上相关管理岗位工作经验；
Bearing experience in the management field of more than 3 year;
4、具备良好的外语能力，能使用英语进行技术交流；一定的计算机应用能力，熟练使用与本职工作相关的计算机软件。
Good foreign language ability, can use English for technical communication; With certain skills in computer field and capable of using the software related with the position.
5、熟练掌握Catia设计软件的使用，并能熟练使用至少两种常用设计软件；
Familiar with the Catia designing software and capable of operation in at least two commonly used designing software.
6、了解公司内各模具制造设备、各种成型工艺性能及加工能力；
Familiar with the equipment of mold production, the molding craftsmanship performance and processing abilities;
7、掌握塑料成型工艺与模具制造工艺；
Master the plastics molding craftsmanship and mold production techniques.
8、了解机械、内饰件产品的通用设计原则。
Familiar with the universal design principle of machinery and internal decorated accessories.
9、具有内饰系统的布置设计能力;
Have interior system layout design ability;
