1. University degree in Ship-building or oil & gas;
机械、船舶、石油或天然气相关专业本科学历；
2. Good written English ;
书面英文良好；
3. Knowledge of Microsoft office;
掌握MS办公软件；尤其对excel 函数公式的使用；
4. Outgoing personality, Good communication skills， especially for the application of excel function formula
性格外向，具备良好的沟通技能。

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Handle sales order procedure，including sales order creation and maintaining in Pronto.
负责销售订单的处理，包括在Pronto中建立并维护销售订单
2. Confirm price and delivery of the product, send acknowledgement to the customer
确认产品价格、交货期，并将确认单发给国外客户
3. Help Sales Engineer to contact customers when needed，maintain good relationship with customers, and handle day-to-day issues arise from customers;
需要时协助销售工程师联络客户,维护与客户的良好关系；处理日常客户事务；
4. Assist with company daily incoming and outgoing goods transaction
协助公司进出货的日常处理；
5. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company, salary can be discussed.
协助处理公司其他各方面事务。
6. if need as per customer's requirment, should go trip for business by usually.
若客户需要，需经常出差。
