？ Project development. Work with sales to attack new opportunity on heater business (air heater and liquid heater). Lead R&D projects and design improvement, release the new drawing or new design in system. Support other departments from engineering side
？ Focus on customer. Communication with customer for daily support and help customer to solve issues. Provide suitable technical solution to meet customer tech requirement. Satisfy customer requirement in tech support, prototype, calibration, test, validation etc.
？ Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support or involve global projects.
？ Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal.
