【工作职责Job Responsibilities】：
1.Responsible for the communication and confirmation of customer needs, participate in design evaluation and product technical plan formulation.
负责客户需求的沟通与确认，参与设计评估及产品技术方案的制定。
2.Define to the overall product plan, output the key technical parameters of electronics, be responsible for components selection and schematic design, and output reasonable and reliable hardware solutions that meet technical requirements.
制定产品总体方案，输出电子关键技术参数指标，负责器件选型及方案设计，输出满足技术要求且合理可靠的硬件方案。
3.Responsible for lead team to finish hardware design, output schematic, PCB layout, DFMEA and BOM and other documents.
负责带领团队完成硬件设计，输出原理图、PCB Layout、DFMEA及BOM等资料。
4.Joint debugging with embedded software engineers, responsible for hardware signal testing, and solving hardware abnormal problems.
与嵌入式软件工程师联调，负责硬件信号测试，解决硬件异常问题。
5.According to the poor situation of commissioning, manufacturing and customer feedback, analyze the root cause and optimize the hardware design.
根据调测、制造及客户反馈的不良情况，进行原因分析并优化硬件设计。
6.Support and troubleshooting and follow the issues until all of them closed before pilot run.
支持和故障排除，并跟踪问题，直到所有问题在试产之前全部解决。

【主要工作Main Activities】:
1.Proficient in brushless dc motor control principle, hardware circuit design and implementation method.
精通无刷直流电机控制原理、硬件电路设计及实现方法。
2.Understand product qualification with customer and in house, troubleshooting to ensure project not delay.
了解客户和内部的产品质量，排除故障，确保项目不延误。
3.Identify and remark critical parts (DFMEA) on hardware circuit, component derating, reliability to ensure control plan covered by production.
在硬件电路、元器件降额、可靠性上识别和注释关键部件（DFMEA），以确保生产涵盖控制计划。
4.Discuss with test lab on efficient testing to verify function and reliability for various & severe applications.
与测试实验室讨论有效测试，以验证各种严重应用的功能和可靠性。
5.Review documentation (Schematic, PCB, hardware specification, DFMEA…) for product release and upgrading with customer and DCC.
与客户和DCC一起审查产品发布和升级的文档（原理图、PCB、硬件规格、DFMEA……）
6.Support Root cause analysis, troubleshooting, correct action in RMA and production.
支持RMA和生产中的根本原因分析、故障排除和纠正措施。
7.Crossing department & crossing function teams to solve technical problems in product R&D processing, answer customer technical problems, etc.
跨部门或团队解决产品研发过程中的技术问题，回答客户技术问题点等。

【任职要求 Job Requirements】：
1.Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in electronics/automation/communication related science and engineering and master is preferred.
全日制本科及以上学历，电子/自动化/通讯相关理工类专业；研究生优先考虑。
2.More than 5 years working experience in motor control, proficient in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, circuit debugging, proficient in using Altium Designer software.
5年以上电机控制相关工作经验，精通电子电路设计、PCB布板、电路调试，熟练使用Altium Designer（必须）
3.Familiar with common electronic components and selection, proficient in the use of testing and debugging related instruments;
熟悉常用电子元器件及选型，熟练使用测试调试相关仪器仪表；
4.Strong hardware product design ability and ability to deal with the problem of the whole system independent.
独立的硬件产品设计能力和整机系统问题处理能力.
5.Familiar with basic safety regulations and EMC/EMI design knowledge;
熟悉基本安规及EMC/EMI设计知识；
6.Have good English reading and writing skills, understand English documents such as component specifications, write English emails for normal communication 100%; Good oral English communication skills are preferred.
具备良好的英文阅读及书写能力，完全理解元器件规格书等英文文件，能书写英文邮件用来正常沟通；同时具备良好的英文口语沟通能力者优先。
7.Experience in the development of power tools and garden tools is preferred.
具备电动工具、园林工具开发经验者优先。
