Job function: 1. Lead the sales team to accomplish the task that assigned by the company 2. Identify opportunity and develop new business pipeline 3. Understand customer's needs and requirement, prepare best-fit and cost effective proposals 4. Build own customer base through local sales activity. Establish own customer target list and maintain and upgrade client relationship. 5. Co-work with global colleagues, searching sales leads and approaching 6. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the company's Customer Services,and Operations 7. Develop new business by prospecting and following up on leads and referrals within existing and new markets 8. Leverage relationships with existing, new and potential customers to improve penetration 9. Get other jobs done that assigned by team leader timely Job requirements: 1. College degree or above, graduates in logistics, foreign trade or foreign language related majors are preferred; 2. Extroverted,responsive, and strong learning ability; 3. Have strong communication skills 4. Required English level is good ability to communicate with overseas agents by email;Good oral English ability is preferred; 5. Have certain market analysis and judgment ability, and good customer service awareness; 6. Ability to independently develop and maintain customers and complete the sales task assigned by the company; 7. Have rapid organizational and coordination capabilities and make full use of all resources. Can make timely adjustments based on market fluctuations and customer psychological fluctuations; 8. Responsible,able to withstand greater work pressure, good at learning and innovation, good execution, good team spirit and sense of collaboration; 9. More than 2 years’ sales team management experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred. 10. Accept short-term business trips.
