岗位i职责：
1，Market Research on structural products in automobile industry 汽车行业结构产品的市场调研
2，Research and develop the structural design of innovative products研究、开发创新性产品的结构设计
3，Research and application of new materials, new technologies and new processes in automobile industry
汽车行业的新材料、新技术、新工艺的研究和应用
4，Responsible for the structure, function, technical direction, key device selection of predevelopment products, and communication between internal and external departments负责预研产品的结构功能技术方向，关键器件选型，以及内外部门沟通
5，Output project predevelopment evaluation report and technical commercialization Guide输出项目预研评估报告和技术产品化指南
6，Responsible for industry technology reserve, verification and evaluation of new technology solutions, standard proposal and patent writing
负责行业技术储备，新技术方案的验证评估，标准提案和专利撰写等工作
7，Responsible for Industry university reseach ,realize theoretical achievements in structure产学研对接，在结构上实现其理论成果
8，Performs related duties assigned by management完成上级领导交办的其他任务


岗位要求：
More than 5 years working experience, have product predevelopment experience and ability, understanding of multiple materials and processes is preferred
5年以上工作经验，有预研经验及能力、了解多种材料工艺的优先
Proficient in CATIA and other mechanical design software, familiar with mechanical design, mold design and manufacturing process
精通CATIA等设计软件，熟悉机械设计，模具设计与制造工艺
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, positive working attitude and good pressure resistance
良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，积极的工作态度和良好的抗压能力
Have good technology development and learning ability and outstanding innovation ability
具备良好的技术开发学习能力，创新能力突出
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mold design, etc 本科以上学历，机械设计、模具设计等相关专业
English oral,reading and writing skills具备英语口语读写能力
