The right candidate has strong insight on CN wind market dynamics and a broad network in the market. Experience with Marine system integrators (OEM’s) ideally within hydraulics, cooling, yaw drives, pumps. Either as supplier to them or working for them. Basic understanding of electric motors is a big plus but not essential. Market insight and network is more important. We are looking for a hunter profile as we need to develop the market, stakeholders, and not least new customers. So rather a commercial person with basic technical understanding than a technical guy with basic commercial understanding. The person must be able to work independently with customer and has strong communication skills. Must be able to speak English on a conversational level or higher. Must preferably be experienced working in a matrix with multi-reporting lines in-country and with an overseas Segment lead. A team player that enjoys and sees the value in working in a matrix organization with an organized structured multi-channel approach, where cross-departmental cooperation is the foundation for success.
