University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit a Finance Officer (Outsource-Maternity cover for 6 months)

Your Responsibility
Your key responsibilities include:

1. Ensure expense claims, fapiaos, and receipts comply with regulations, and policies and audit financial entries for accuracy and efficiency.

2. Improve reimbursement procedures to enhance user satisfaction and provide guidance and support to faculty and departments.

3. Supervise and advise team members to maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues within operational limits.

4. Develop and revise finance policies and procedures, and recommend and implement system optimizations and procedural improvements, and train staff on finance system functions and policies.

5. Collect and analyze feedback for procedure and system enhancements, and collaborate with internal and external departments to optimize finance systems and functions.

About You

1. You should have Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics and relevant disciplines, Master degree would be ideal

2. You should have 2-3 years financial service/management experiences, familiar with data processing and analysing tools would be desirable.

3. You should have well-developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
