Key accountabilities/Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overall warehouse operations and managing daily tasks, and coordinate work across various functional departments. 2. Responsible for formulating and revising procedures for transceiver deposit warehouse operations and management systems, including various processes and standards. 3. Develop a plan for warehouse work, summarize and analyze departmental work from last month, and motivate employees to complete target taskss. 4. Responsible for allocating daily tasks to warehouse keepers and ensuring efficient, accurate, and orderly work. 5. Responsible for the warehouse inventory checking to ensure the system & e-documents data is correct. 6.Safety Support on EHS management systems (GSSF & ISO14001 & ISO45001), lead the EHS related duties for responsible areas Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guideline in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in Workday system and individual job description. Deliver the safety, health and environmental policy to venders. Supervise the logistics vendor EHS performance.
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above education background. At least 5 years Warehouse related working experience, including 3 years management experience With excellent planning, organizing, coordination ability With experience on lean logistics and change management Familiar with the logistics business procedure, including warehouse management, logistics controlling and importing & exporting With perfect skill of communication and abnormal situation disposal ability, Familiar with OA and ERP system, preferably SAP Fluent English both writing and speaking. Knowledge with IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
