职位描述
Responsibilities 职责
1 Signals and reports on market, customer and competitive activities;
洞察及反馈市场、客户和其他相关的活动信息;
2 issuing quotations and preparing documentation;
发送报价单及整理相关文件;
3 Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;
4 Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures.
根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况。

Tasks 任务
1 Responsible for customers/prospects research and cold-calling within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales manager;
根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户或潜在客户,进行电话营销、处理客户的疑问和要求,为客户提供解决方案;
2 Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
3 Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales manager;
实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;
4 Organizing or support relative market activities;
组织或支持相关市场活动;
5 Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;
确保应收款项的收取。
6 Undertake Customer Service tasks and responsibilities;
履行客户服务的任务和职责;
7 Undertake any other duties assigned by Sales manager.
履行销售经理分配的其他任务。

Qualifications
任职资格
Working experiences工作经验
1 Successful Customer/sales experience in product system certification is preferred (candidate without experience in product certification and/or system certification but with ample customer service/ sales/marketing and account management experience will also be considered);
具有成功的产品认证或系统认证方面的客服/销售经验优先考虑,若没有相关行业经验,但具有丰富的客服/销售/营销和客户管理经验者,,亦可作考虑;
2 Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage;
在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;
Degree level 学历水平
3 College level or above.
大专或以上学历。
Knowledge & skills 专业知识与技能
4 Good in Mandarin and English.
良好的普通话及英语表达;
Competences 能力素质
5 Commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);
以客户为导向的思维模式;
6 Good interpersonal and communication skills, with potential to develop sales skills;
具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,具有发展销售技巧的潜能;
7 Hard-working.勤奋;
8 Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
诚信,团队精神,客户导向,企业家精神,安全责任意识。

9 Wiling to travel.愿意出差。
